What do the facades need?

In addition to washing and painting, the facades also need a full maintenance and tidying up. Washing and painting alone are not enough.
There are different options for renovations and tidying, but it all depends on the current state of the facade.

We perform facade renovation works and tidying up for the following reasons, there are several options:

Installing additional insulation + consolidation and adjusting the dowels
Facade refreshment, washing, pretreatment, washing a mould- or moss-soiled facade with an environment-friendly substance before painting
Smaller plaster renovations, tidying up the profiles and covering with a renovation paint
Tidying up the broken spots of finishing plaster or reinforcement and restoring the finishing layer
A complete inforcement of a crumbling or badly finished surface and applying a new finishing layer
